Support of Refugees/Dreamers, Special Counsel Mueller; Tax Law Protest--at end of Trump's 1st Ye

World War II veteran and lawyer Joe Murphy, an 89 year old Florida snowbird from Columbus, Ohio, continues his protests at the Weeki Wachee Park corner in west central Florida. Sergeant David Lewis, of the Hernando County Sheriff's office, surprisingly, stopped by to thank Joe and Brian for conducting their public demonstration in a legal and orderly manner. That was a first!

On the first anniversary of President Donald Trump's first year in office, and on the day women's rights were being highlighted in large demonstrations across the country (Saturday, January 20, 2018), Brian, and his fellow anti-war colleague, Joe Murphy, demonstrated in support of on a variety of worthy social causes.

They held signs for refugees and "Dreamers," and in support of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, as well as criticizing the recent tax bill for rewarding the rich and powerful at the expense of the nation and its citizens.

Since 2002 Brian, Joe and scores of others have been protesting the various unjust American military actions and wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, Ukraine, Palestine and multiple African nations. They have also criticized as war-mongering, presidents GW Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump; as well as the bellicose policies of both major political parties, the Democrats and Republicans.
