A sole “Polio in Gaza” protester in Hernando County, Brian Moore, was given two bottles of cold water by Four Muslim women who stopped their car on a hot and busy U.S. Highway 19, in Spring Hill Saturday afternoon., August 31, 2024.

Several of the women removed their veils, spoke to him and allowed themselves to be photographed.  Scores of passing cars honked their horns in mutual concern as well.  They appeared to agree with the protester’s sign, “Polio now in Gaza puts 650,000 children at-risk” as he turned his sign in multiple directions as most cars could see.
